Exchanges

While we take pride in all of our products, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with an exchange. You must return your item within 14 days of the original shipping date. Sorry, our store does not offer refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

When returning an item, you must pay for your own return shipping. If your return is accepted, you will then receive store credit for the value of the item/s you are returning, minus the original cost of shipping. You will receive free shipping for the item/s you purchase with the store credit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts will be sent back to you without an exchange granted. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.

Shipping

Shipping charges for returns are the customers responsibility. We strongly suggest your package to be trackable since Cigar Dagger is not responsible for returns that we do not receive. 

Lost or Stolen Packages (United States)

All our orders are packed securely and come with a tracking number, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Packages that are left outside your residence must be picked up in a timely matter to prevent theft. Please insure your order or request for us to add insurance to your package if your residence is at high risk. 

If your detailed tracking shows Delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office ASAP and provide your tracking number to them for investigation. Often times, they are able to GPS track the last scan location of your parcel.

If your detailed tracking does NOT show Delivered and your package is ultimately lost or stolen and you did not purchase insurance, please contact your local post office to arrange to file a claim with them ASAP.

Cigar Dagger is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We recommend you wait an additional 15 days as packages often times get lost within the system but ultimately gets delivered. If your item is ultimately returned back to us, we reserve the right to either refund you for the item price (minus 15% restocking fee), all shipping costs are non refundable. 

Lost or Stolen Packages (International)

We recommend that all international customers purchase insurance or request for us to add Insurance to the order. Cigar Dagger is not responsible for any custom seizures or non deliveries to any country outside of the United States. Absolutely no refunds or replacements on all international orders unless package is insured. Buyer assumes all responsibility once package has left the United States and by purchasing from our store, you understand and agree with our terms. 

Damaged Shipment

If you receive your item or items damaged, please contact us immediately, Cigar Dagger is not liable for any damages of shipped items but we can help in some instances. Please be aware that we will require a detailed account of the damage, including photos or videos of the damage. Please insure that you save all packaging material as we will require evidence of the packaging as well. 

Returns Due To Non Delivery

Any package that gets returned back to us due to non delivery, will be issued a refund for the item/s, minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping Times

All our nubbers are handmade but we do have inventory. We typically ship within 2-4 business days but depending on the number of orders at any given time, some items can take up to 5 days to ship. Please note, shipping times promised by third party carriers such as USPS or UPS are on top of our processing times. For example, if you choose 2 day priority mail shipping, it’s on top of our estimated 2-4 business day processing time.
