Shipping (UNITED STATES)

Cigar Dagger ships through the United States Postal Service. There is a flat first class fee of $5.25 for every order under $75. However, we offer FREE First Class U.S. shipping on all orders over $75. You may opt to purchase Priority or Express shipping if you desire. You may also opt to choose a different shipping carrier.  Please note, purchasing priority or express shipping only refers to shipping times and NOT processing of your order. Our processing times are currently at 2-3 Business days. Shipping promises from third party shipping carriers are estimated only and Cigar Dagger is not responsible of any delivery delays.

All shipping costs are non refundable in all cases of delays, exchanges, replacements, returns. lost or damages.

Shipping (INTERNATIONAL)

International shipping is automatically calculated at check out. Depending on your country of origin, a shipping fee will be added to your invoice. You will have a variety of shipping choices once you are at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, Delays (UNITED STATES)

All our orders come with a tracking number, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please purchase insurance for your order or request to us to add insurance to your package, specially all international orders.

If your detailed tracking shows Delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office and provide your tracking number to them.

If your detailed tracking does NOT show Delivered and you did not purchase insurance, we will investigate the order (this might take up to 2 months) as shipping carriers do not always scan, specially international orders. We reserve the right to make a final decision after our investigation.

Options will include and not limited to either for customer to file a claim against shipping carrier, we send a replacement item (customer must pay for shipping again) or customer will receive credit to purchase the product again.

Lost, Stolen, Delays  (INTERNATIONAL)

We recommend that all international customers purchase insurance. Cigar Dagger is not responsible for any custom seizures or non deliveries to any country outside of the United States. Absolutely no refunds or replacements on all international orders unless package is insured. Buyer assumes all responsibility once package has left the United States. 

Customs VAT or Import Taxes (INTERNATIONAL)

International Customs tax may be imposed by some international countries. Cigar Dagger, INC. is not responsible for any Customs or Duty charges imposed by any International country, customs agents or any international government sectors. This charge is not collected by Cigar Dagger, INC. It is a charge collected by a countries import tax laws. 

Damaged Shipment

Cigar Dagger is not liable for any damages of shipped items. If your order was damaged in transport, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Charges For Returns For An Exchange

Shipping charges for returns are the customers responsibility. We strongly suggest you insure and/or track your package since Cigar Dagger is not responsible for returns that we do not receive. 

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
